Frequently Asked Questions regarding your trip to the Airport



Q - How early should I arrive at the Airport ?

A – It is normally recommended to arrive around two hours before your flight. However many regular business passengers check in online and only carry hand luggage which allows them to arrive later!

Q - What are the journey times to the popular Airports from Malvern or Worcester?

A - Birmingham is around an hour from Malvern and 45 Minutes from Worcester in good traffic…however recent roadworks and peak time travel often mean it is sensible to allow a bit longer.

Heathrow Airport is just over two hours in good traffic, but again best to allow a bit more for peak time travel, bad weather or roadworks.

Both East Midlands and Bristol Airport are approximately an hour and a half journey time from Malvern.

Gatwick is a minimum of 2 hrs 40 minutes but at peak times it can take a very long time, for example if the M25 is very busy it can resemble a car park !


Q – If our flight is delayed for the return Journey will you still be there at the Airport to collect us?

A- Of course! We’ll have your flight number so even if you cannot contact us we’ll know where you are as we track every flight real time from the departures/arrivals boards via the Airports websites.  Because of this we will not charge you extra for waiting…after all it isn’t your fault that flight was delayed J


Q – How will I find you when I arrive back in the UK?

A- We’ll either find you with our ‘Meet and Greet’ in Arrivals or you can call, text or email us when you are outside of the terminal building and we’ll come and get you. Please be aware though that some Airports or terminals (e.g. Heathrow Terminal 5) do not allow a ‘pick up’ form outside the terminal but force pick up vehicles to park in the short stay car park. We will advise you of this.

Q- Can I book for the return flight only?

A-Of course! We’ll ‘Meet and Greet’ you in arrivals and if we don’t know you we’ll hold up your name on a signboard so you’ll find us easily!

Q – Can I pay by Credit card?

A – Yes.  Either in-Car  (however there is a surcharge for this) or via the Website with Paypal using your credit card or your Paypal account. We prefer you to pay on completion of your journey once you are safely at your destination and not  before. Of course cash is accepted or you can pay on account using electronic transfer.
